I believe that either FINRA and/or the SEC is investigating AEGY and that is why he put himself, Michael Choo and John Burke were listed - as they were involved in both iWorld and HOTI.

So they are stepping up to the plate to take the heat.

This theory was presented by someone with a much greater understanding of the Hipple share selling scheme and of how the SEC works. Why else at this time remove Roy Laughlin from the SKTO site.

Something is definitely wrong.

Just like the merger - we will soon see who is right.
