Yeah, that's the ticket the Florida SOS filing was a mistake - it was sent to Hipple and he forgot he was suspended and went ahead and filed.

Although Michael Choo has never been the president of AEGY - Hipple just forgot.

Oh wait Hipple crony John Burke signed off for AEGY - he must have forgotten also.
