Power clouds is seperate from WDAS and world. The 600k is their cut from the sales/ setup. Which pulls in about 6 mil for the company who actually operates the solar field. I believe he cleared up your concerns about financials today by stating the are in the process of becoming a fully reporting company. He took ownership of WDAS less than a month ago and you are acting like the guy should have a billion in revenue and financial audits rolled out any day now.... Get real. How many other penny stocks have this kind of revenue going for them and management who is seemingly quite successful?

Under the licensing agreements, WGG will receive 10% of the Power Cloud setup revenues, amounting to approximately $600,000 per Power Cloud installation and an ongoing 3% of the energy revenues generated thereafter.

WGG is a wholly own subsidiary of WDAS.

What is your dealio buddy! Why are you so blind! It's says right in the PR that WDAS got a licensing agreement so yes every time a power loud is completed WDAS receives $600,000 and 3% there after! Where are you getting that there not! Ou know what's funny is that you have a new prob with every little thing that comes out! You've been complaining about being current and Fabio doesn't want us to see cause it's a scam and fluff an guess what he came threw again and wants every share holder to know what's going on so we are going to be current! This company is just getting rolled out so your probs are with the old shell and officers not this one! Give it some time before you make your false claims cause your really standing the company and actually Fabio's character and the way he hasn't even run the company yet which in my mind is quite illegal!
