Stocks that were chosen to be on the mmj index have already passed the SEC and FINRA sniff test.
This is false. The MJ Index is just that, an index. They don't validate the companies on their list and they certainly don't have a portfolio of holdings as eluded to in LATF's PR.
LATF deserves to be shut down for the year long bogus PRs about a collective that never existed and a bogus co-op.
