Stocks that were chosen to be on the mmj index have already passed the SEC and FINRA sniff test.

If they even thought there was the slightest chance that a stock that they have chosen to be on the index would be investigated,they wouldn't be there.

If one stock on the index gets halted,IMO all of them would take a BIG hit. It would be a short sellers dream if that happened,thats why most of these stocks are targeted.

LATF was chosen as one of there "core holdings" as stated when the PR came out.

So it doesn't matter how much anyone harasses the SEC or FINRA about one of the stocks on the index because they wouldn't risk one stock to take down the whole index. LATF is a solid investment,and I suspect will be going forward.GLTAL
