If I were Yates I wouldn't have played my full hand at the Roth Conference. Due to regulatory issues he could only say so much unless it was timed to concur with Q4 results being published. Since that didn't happen the Roth Conference was then attended during a quiet period. With that said lets hope there some really good stuff they can talk about when Q4 is published.

If scenario 1 does happen, that should trigger some of the volume that moves a stock the right direction.
