I did notice that I'm not alone in my demand to let my shares trade:

"There are rules, regulations and individuals in the bankruptcy process who are pushing us to move forward and not wait. We may be forced to issue the new stock before the most advantageous time."

Shame on management to be forced to do the right thing.
