Notice they said we could be trading by then, which also means we could not be trading by then, and what does the "conflict of interest" have to do with anything. I don't think there's a conflict when some of these guys have thousands of their own money invested in trying to make this work and not in the form of stock but just paying expenses etc out of pocket that they may very well never get back other than through potential stock appreciation if it happens. If you're concerned about the people running things, why don't you pay off what they're owed and then you can take control and do things your way.
