Smatch....MiltonTonic has done a very effective job for years of
presenting DD to alert newbies and lurkers to the fact that this
is simply a sham with no money, no BOD, no real office, no employees
etc. The share price was .026 when he began alerting folks. What
is it now (after a .0001 with a 1:30 reverse split)?

Those that took the intelligent route (whenever a naysayer presents
something negative, do your DD to prove them wrong. If you can't
prove them wrong, look for a different investment), and did their
DD and, as a result sold their shares at a loss, but at a much, much
higher price than today's price. This board owes Milton a huge
thank you!

Some good folks post here to warn others about this company's business which seems to be selling shares, over 53,000,000,000 sold.
If one looks at a chart and sees a rise in IDOI's share price EVER, then one will also find a "shareholder awareness program"(pump and dump) associated with it, along with carefully-timed company press releases usually. It is sad that some people get alerted by scam email or hot internet tips and buy in without looking to see what they are getting into.
That happens ALL THE TIME, or at least when the financiers need some quick cash at investor expense. You may notice that unknown people seem to arrive at the same time of the pump and dump to help support it and tell the new buyers something like, "To the moon." "Should see a nickel." etc. At the same time they are saying this, they are cashing out. Check a chart of Friday, most pros know not to hold any penny stock over the weekend.
Look at a chart, at the week BEFORE the pre-pump announcement and you will see people loading up cheap(around $.003-.004 shares) and tell their friends($.005-.006) and then the masses are invited!
Investors start getting the spam hot tips, and jump in without looking, all for the sake of greed, and laziness to do their own research.
I knew what was up, and could have made an easy two-bagger or better at your expense but chose not to. There are people on this board that know more about this company than the CEO does, that's why we are here to warn others.
Blaming anyone other than oneself doesn't cut it in the real world. Unfortunately, the only way out is to buy more shares to average down and pray for another pump and dump and then support it yourself and scam the next new investors of their money, OR learn the lesson NOW!

Cool quote Excel! Goldrusher thanks for the kind words.
