That's a lot of what's wrong with the market in general, they are supposed to create an orderly market but instead they us it to skim money and even to launder it.

After being in leadership roles for fortune 500 companies my entire life, I am amazed at how many missed commitments, hidden financials and metrics, and bogus partnerships for short term pumps I have seen. They lost me at CFP and NO REVENUES a long time ago. Good luck to all longs.
