Remember, in court Bordynuik admitted to following shell companies and investing in shells before he decided to buy one himself and behave the way he has throughout its evolution. Today he and his company are hiding from its shareholders.
Bordynuik's behavior has been brushed off as "quirky" eluding to innocence but does the average "quirky" engineer follow and invest in shells? Seems more shrewd than quirky to me.
