Hi yreed. No, I've never encountered that problem. I'm assuming it has something to do with your specific brokerage.

Your best bet would be to log onto your account and send them a quick message to find out the reason... Some online brokerages have 'Chat' options so you can speak to someone immediately...

Or you could do it the old-fashioned way and actually call them. :-)

I use Etrade for any penny stock trades and I've never really had any problems.
