Nanotech Entertainment Yes we are manufacturing thousands of Nuvolas. For the record, nowhere did we say they would not be ready. We simply cannot make any promises or have any misleading information out there. That is not how we operate here. There is so much involved with inventing a product then manufacturing, testing and distribution. Especially with new technology. We are manufacturing thousands of Nuvolas and they must work properly. We feel people would rather have a device that works with satisfied customers than rushing and have an inferior product with unhappy customers. Inventing something and then going through the process of manufacturing, testing and shipping doesn't happen overnight. Especially when dealing with new technology. I urge everyone to please be patient and consider all the major and minor details we have to go though to make this happen. Our goal is to have a superior product with very happy customers. Customer service and product superiority is our number one concern. We would rather have a device that works than something put out just to satisfy a date. If it were as easy as snapping our fingers you would already have the product at your doorstep but we don't want it to turn out to be unsatisfactory. We will not risk anything if it cost us unhappy customers. Happy customers and superior products are what makes a company succeed and that is who and what we are concerned with. I hope everyone understands this and thank you for your patience.

Maybe I am not understanding what you are saying because his email is dated Dec 3 and this was posted 11 hours ago which makes what they said the 4th so it contradicts what his email says. If I am wrong please point it out exactly I am just for the facts and NTEK LONG

So this would mean that the NP-1s are good to go in regards to testing and they are being manufactured at this time?

HOGWASH I say! Why wouldn't Lorraine be ACCURATE in saying
"THOUSANDS" when PRODUCT went to Skymedia, when boards
appear to have gone to MOJO, when Nuvola NP-S1 Scaler went to
Seiki, when non-4K motherboards may have gone to Ciao, &/or other
OEM (branding, licensing & private-labeling business) we may NOT
YET have heard about. But, there is evidence,...& there are breadcrumbs!! :-D

Sieki has come out with 2 NEW products. IR has confirmed
that NTEK was DIRECTLY involved in their development. One
should note that they were Nuvola Prototypes.

MOREOVER, since Seiki has PUBLICLY CLAIMED providing the
equipment (which normally retails for $40 & $50 respectively)
for FREE to previous Seiki 4K TV Panel buyers, why should we
ASSUME that NanoTech was NOT ALSO discussing those sales in
their VERY VAGUE & broad response: "THOUSANDS".

CLEARLY NanoTech is NOT providing a GREAT MANY DETAILS
since CES in particular. But, Seiki had these products DEBUT at
CES 2014 & NanoTech has been VERY QUIET. Why? I don't know,....
but AS LONG as we are SPECULATING & ASSUMING...why NOT allow
for another possible option: THAT THEY NEVER LIED AT ALL....
(just that they have NOT revealed ALL EITHER!!!).....


I would suspect The NAB Show &/or the close of the Dividend
SOR date may be the catalyst to trigger the REVEAL...we'll formally
know soon enough I think....

There is a bit of confusion.

Spoke with IR about the 11Giraffes webinar and was told that Aaron was referring to the NP-Cs first manufacturing run.

As far as the NP-1, I asked if Jeff Foleys statement that all pre-orders would be delivered with in the four week period as he stated in the shareholder letter. I was told nothing had changed since that statement. Considering that the letter was mid February, the end of March is the delivery date. That leaves 4 more days.

Thanks for putting such a good summary on this halbaag. I got a similar response from her, and I too was concerned. So I want to say thanks for taking this seriously enough to make such an astute post.

Lots has happened since my email exchange. I have been long since last fall, and I know my questions aren't welcome by most. Communication could have been better, but it sounds like the delays were unexpected and unavoidable. It certainly sounds like April is going to be great.

Logically, she should have answered with "Yes" or "No" or given a breakdown of what customers received them.

Anyways, there are at least three possible conclusions:
