Sorry but your reasoning is flawed. Justify it anyway you want. Buying in pre-mkt on a typical day is just not in your favor. Saving money is saving money. Would you throw at least $20.00 in the garbage can? This is how much you could have saved by waiting until the mkt opened.

Name of the game is making money, not throwing it away.
