VOR - The 10k will probably be late as usual. Good points on what to expect when it comes out - we will see.

We already know the preferred shares were NOT affected by the R/S. Also I would guess that the $500,000 of financing came along with a big chunk of P-shares plus other ugly contingents.

We'll just wait and see....
