I'm talking about the regulatory quiet period but not sure if it applies to penny stocks on the OTC who arent even SEC filers.

Happy he is doing the interview as it will warm up a few more investors to the potential and I hope we get a few answers to questions like:

Do their existing filings get an automatic re-appraisal for the new category?

Can they make new filings before the new category is confirmed in May?

What is the basis of their new data - are the trials approved double blind placebos ones?
