I understand....hence why I said SEC registration process = FORM 10 = 60 days of review.

The form is not out yet hence the following

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=mike+the+pike&owner=exclude&action=getcompany

15c-211 approval is determined when FINRA finishes its 10 day procedure of approval. After the form 10 is reviewed by the SEC for a maximum period of 60 days given there are no serious questions to delay the review and approval process.

The market will be notified via daily list.

The public wont know form 10 approval or 211 approval until the company PR's corporate action or when the Level 2 quote is placed on QB exchange to the market makers via BMAS.

Im not arguing with you. I am giving you the time sequence and procedure based on regulations from both the SEC and FINRA.

I wonder what changed between Mark's post on January 15:

FINRA made it clear that there was extensive review necessary on each and every press release and there was no estimated date of review finalization but that a Form 10 or S-1 would very likely expedite the review process.

And his post on March 10:

As stated by our FINRA examiner to outside counsel on a phone call in January, the Form 211 will be approved once filed.

We went from 'likely expedite' to 'will be approved' in the same phone call in January.

IMO, we will have AT LEAST 2 months, after filing the Form 10 before we hear anything.
