Royal, actually the 75/25 split is from dollar one to 25 billion and one dollar. Seriously, there is no cap. One of the reasons is if the amount that is run through WMILT exceeds WAMPQs $1000.00 cap, then the preferred will continue to receive. Otherwise, it would be possible for WAMUQ (old commons) to exceed what preferred was to receive with a cap due to commons having no cap.
