#62339 RE: Medinaminer #62335

Maybe you're misreading Decosta's quote as I don't get the apparent outrage you feel from his rather innocuous and quite obvious opinion by him. As quoted, he states the following:

"In the very near term, what the shareholders would hope for would be agressive development efforts by both the owners of Nuoco and the new JV partners at the ADL within hopefully a truncated timehttp://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Terms.aspxframe.";

Tell me, what is the alleged leaked inside information that you're reading into this sentence? This sentence could be stated by any shareholder of any mining company in the universe. EVERY shareholder hopes that there is an aggressive development effort by NUOCO and the new ADL Partners at ADL. And most shareholders have expressed this in one form or another...the ones that haven't surely feel the same though.

Didn't you read the February 25 Shareholder Update? The whole purpose of forming NUOCO is to develop the high grade copper structures that have been discovered at LDM and Mambo claims. The company stated in the PR that NUOCO and Medinah have agreed "to expand work to include significant exploration and prospecting with the goal of leading into a large production project." And the parties "have agreed to immediately hire a prominent Mining Manager to oversee all mining production matters." And that as of late February, "four mining faces have been opened on LDM and 3 targets on the Mambo claims have already been identified and tested". I don't know if you've read that PR, but it certainly sounds to me that the company IS in fact undergoing, or at the very least, implying an "aggressive development effort" with NUOCO as Decosta opines.

And as far as the ADL JV partners are concerned, every shareholder wants the ADL wrapped up and drilling to occur immediately...that should be apparent by the level of frustration of all shareholders. It has largely been expected that once the ADL deal is finalized that the JV partner will "attack" the mountain aggressively with a significant drilling and exploration program. It certainly would behoove the JV partner to prove up the property as soon as possible given that LDM and NUOCO are/will be moving forward with production efforts. It is not too much of an assumption that the ADL JV partner would want a piece (or all) of any production in neighboring properties on ADL, not only to offset expenditures, but to have access to the wealth of geological data that can be extrapolated from those 2 properties into ADL as a whole. I know if I were a mining company engaged in exploring a major prospect property of mine, I would be a bit anxious to absorb some or all of the action of comparatively smaller mining companies (potentially) producing revenues on contiguous claims on my deposit.

These ideas are not new at all and are merely an opinion...an opinion which has been or could have been expressed by just about any MDMN shareholder on top of the developments at ADL. I don't read anything close to being insider information expressed in Decosta's opinion and I'm wondering why you would make that accusation when everything he has stated (which is his opinion/hope/speculation) is supported by public developments stated by the company.
