Again, I implore anyone with all their faculties intact, to make sense of this type of information that is available to the chosen few while there is always, in every prospective transaction, the NDA in force. Would not the NDA apply across the board to one and all. And yet, there is always someone who is close to the BOD who comes up with something to which the rest of the shareholders are not privy.

How in the world can the good doctor come up with such "speculation", if the BOD insists we they are under the NDA.

If the BOD is in fact engaged in this type of trickling of info through their anointed ones, which would only be used to keep the shareholders in the "corral", if it is true, then this is utterly disgusting, besides the immoral and illegal aspect of their potential behavior.

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it must be a duck. N'est-ce pas?

Finally, let me wish Les a speedy recovery. I do not wish a man of that age any more agony and paid than his chronological age would impart. So get well soon, Les! But stop messing around with us. Tell us what you know and come clean as you get better.
