You're wrong, the PAR price is strictly used for the purposes of assessing the FEE. The maximum share price based on a previous S-1 form is $2,000.

"The proposed offering price of the common shares to which this registration statement pertains is $0.0001 and has been estimated solely for the purpose of computing the amount of the registration fee in accordance with Rule 457(f) of the Securities Act of 1933, on the basis of the book value of such securities computed as of the latest practicable date prior to the date of filing the registration statement."
