In general terms, yes. The basic calculation you should know is that since BMSN will be a 58% shareholder (30 million shares), once Regen is publicly traded, the reflective share price for BMSN in relation to Regen should be .01 for every $1.00 of Regen shares.
That is true value in regards to BMSN's stake in Regen. Those shares will be considered a company asset which is used in determining a company's valuation.
So when I say in general terms yes, that's what I mean. However, most of us know that a stock price has no definitive calculation, just a generalization of where it should be.
True stock prices use all that information to get ballpark figures of what they should be trading at, but ultimately every stock price is fair market value which is the price a seller is willing to sell and the price a buyer is willing to buy.
