'TigVT,' the UDHI's CEO has purchased(*) all those 45,880,200 shares (and never sold any of them) from 2006 through 2009.

(*) I'll like to emphasize the fact that he did purchased and was not being awarded with all those shares; the way, most of the scammers penny level CEO's do. Doesn't that tell you something?
