I live in california, trust me, any idiot with a California drivers license can get a medical card. They're practically handed out on the Venice beach strip. And every other corner for that matter. "Doc-420" doesn't give a shit if you have an actual ailment, they only care about their 40$ for card approval.
"Check ups are free, only pay if you're approved!" Is a common advertisement in california. It's sad how easy it is.
