I asked about that Barger Tech claim.

There was a contract. Barger Tech was unable to perform per contracted terms. The contract in default both for non payment and time. I've been told that Barger Tech has been advised to get that claim off their website. Try to contact them and see if they will claim ownership in writing. Be fun ta see that answer.
