Mr. Hilal has two minds involved in Cetek Technologies. One side is overwhelmed with scientific rigor, and the other mind is his fuzzy business side. As long as his scientific mind has total dominance over the business fuzziness, he might wait forever to have all the perfect elements to get a PR going, and this is something that his investors are not too keen to witness. So we have to get his fuzzy business mind active, and to convince him that business is like politics; never perfect but very often good enough.

WC, By now, you have probably seen my suggestion for a 10 letter negotiation effort with FH. It seems to fit well with your desires. You more than almost anyone has worked hard to develop the information that caused this stock to start trading. I personally think it would never had started trading again, but for your almost single handed effort to gather information and argue the undervaluation story.

The easiest way and the best way to get what you want is to negotiate with FH. I know how to do that and I am laying out a plan that will get the job done. While each of the 10 letter writers will only have to write one letter, each one will be "in the right" as FH does have a responsibility to his shareholders to make at least an annual report. In writing our respective letters, we will deal with the problem or no communications from the CEO once each for an hour or so as we compose our best letter. He will have to deal with 10 of them and will eventually think out how he will make the reports that are required.

We all know his background is impressive. He will do the right thing once he sees the concerted efforts of the shareholders to put their requests in writing, especially if we all right respectfully and hit the buttons because we are in the right and he is in the wrong, IMO, and this will weigh on any businessman.
