There will be no new game plan, just the old "pump and dump, wash, rinse repeat" plan that has worked so well for gangster Raymond T Brown II and his capo Jean François Amyot for the past five years.
Three years ago, Brown promised he was days away from submitting audited accounts to the SEC. He's repeated that claim several times since then. He said they were finished and undergoing final checks.
As with everything else, he was lying through his (nicely veneered) teeth.
