The AUC of the ROC was indeed better too - 0.94 vs. 0.89 for CRC and 0.73 vs 0.67 for advanced neoplasia (the latter had p<.001).

Tx. And agree the ROC curves decides the issue of which is the better test. (Cologuard - because FIT curves sharply over immediately after hitting the quoted FIT values for senstivity and specificity and thus has a meaningfully lower AUC). But note that the other issues I brought up are still relevent and interesting - e.g. would you prefer that they draw the line for cologuard at 97% sensitivity with 5000 false positives (which it looks like they could do)?
