The rumor is that Guy and the board of directors are getting ready to run with the Banks empty shell, They are going to make Co only Pot Bank, Guy heard there is a lot of money in the Mj Pot business and plans are moving forward but cant get out of this BK fast enough. Why would they give money away if they have a court decision in their favor? Remember UWBK was an 8 branch community bank no one outside of Denver heard of,so even more reason to not pay a dirty penny..
