...STIPULATION details are confidential and the STIP itself is never even referenced................anywhere..............because UWBKQ is in bankruptcy court, only a passing reference to special proceeds is cited in the POL...................the money gets divided - although the proceeds can have conditions..........and Claimants positions can change........................

...so, for example, if UWBKQ shareholders share in the distribution to the tune of $50MM, after Claimants No: 1-7 are "satisfied"..................we pay BS and the emps 32% and receive about $34MM, net, via a SD....................

...not rocket science..................and the gov't never settles, or agrees to anything and does not set a precedent..........and frankie/johnnie/amy walk...........and FDIC gets all recoveries without any challenge...........
