"Final terms of the merger are still being worked out and a merger agreement is expected to be signed within the next 30 days"

Listen, I hope they get this done in a timely manner as well. But in no way did they promise to have it done by April 4th. They are expecting that the terms of the merger will be agreed upon and signed by that date. From there they need to have all financials audited so they can send the merger to the SEC for review. They claim they are working on this process as we speak, but they don't control the audit. It could take longer than expected, as they usually do. Then who knows how long the SEC will take. Another aspect out of the control of management.
