the fact that there is a significant amount of dilution...that kim could do more and probably move more quickly with more money...and not just with ms... with everything...the fact that he could get twice the money at .10....and he doesnt have to go thru csc if that runs out...if the pps rises, and he starts talking openly what he whispers to shareholders , that would bring more investors, more volume etc...
