Since Kim personally (as well as the company) would benefit if the PPS were .10 instead of .05, i guess we have to assume that Kim feels that *not* saying much--keeping as much as possible under wraps--is more beneficial for him as well as for the company and the shareholders, going forward.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to me since the basic info is already out there. But Kim has a lot of experience in this area so presumably he has thought this through.
