Dietrich to Resign, Become Consultant


ANAHEIM, Calif, March 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Solvis Group, Inc. (Other OTC:SLVG.PK - News), a diversified human resources and staffing company, today announced the resignation of Robert Dietrich from its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2006. Mr. Dietrich will become a consultant to the Company on financial matters, particularly related to new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
Dietrich, who resigned for personal reasons, had been a member of the Board of The Solvis Group since its acquisition by Dalrada Financial Corporation (OTC BB:DRDF.OB - News) in 2003. His seat will be left vacant and the Company will continue with a 5-member Board of Directors.
