It means to me that the machine has been ordered and will take about 90-120 days to manufacture and ship to the non-CE customer.

It also means that Steipp believes that a settlement with Visser is imminent and probably will not go to arbitration in June.

Further, I think this action is independent of Apple.

Apple doesn't need to certify a machine going to a non-CE.

Apple's machine could be different than Liquidmetals machine.

I am confident that Apple has its own engineers working with Engel for its own needs. The machines may or may not be identical.

Engel and LQMT have to certify the machine.

Just my opinion.
