If we go by 6.5, then NWBO knows the efficacy results, and has known about them since whenever it was supplied to PEI (since the decision was made in Feb, this implies efficacy data has been known for at least a month).
NWBO is saying the results are pending, so it doesn't seem likely that they have the results in hand. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense that NWBO would have interim efficacy data, share it with PEI, gain approval in Germany given compelling results, yet fail to release anything in way of results.
I can't speak to the ability of some NWBO employees to be firewalled from others in analysis of interim results, but it seems unlikely especially if the firewall was 4+ weeks.
