I haven't sold a share of IDCC since I first purchased in 2001 and have been building a core position ever since. I haven't sold during all the rollercoaster runups(wish I did back in 2011 but I honestly thought IDCC was going to be bought out) and downturns. If you go back to some of my posts I said the 868 case would decide it for me after all these years. This is 3 cracks at the ITC if IDCC still can't get 1 finding of infringement(with the 613 CAFC ruling being applied in the 868 case) I will strongly consider getting rid of my shares. Im still hopefuly IDCC can get ZTE, LG, and Samsung into arbitration like Huwaei before the decision comes down.
