I did not call you an idiot you obviously know more than me. Now do you feel better. I guess I am not like the average consumer if service is bad once I at least give a company a chance to fix the issue. If they don't then I will drop their service or not go back to their store. No product or company is perfect. The point I was trying to get across is it does not matter if I own stock in the company or not as far as going to customer service or not to resolve an issue.
