There is dilution but not sure it happens every day like he claims.

BIEL has to dilute in order to run the company. It is in the filings for everyone to see.

It is not to line Andy's back pocket but to pay for the admin staff in Maryland, I suspect most executives are running on minimal salary and stock options.

I cannot recall which MM is usually used to run the dilution, if you ask me they are doing a good job as I am amazed this has held the .003 level

Annual report due in 2 weeks will tell every one how much the UK is bringing in (and how much less dilution is therefore necessary)
