you got it..we trade below the market; true market levels...hence the low volumes and stalling... :)

for now dewm advances slowly as new bottom buyers come in... with no high volume buy pressure on...the pps is slowly climb its way ...based on the good fundamentals

buy low sell high
lower lows
higher highs


slowly but surely or fast and furious... is just logistics..:)
