Janey you are right that they are in it together because it suits Schadel but nothing more than that. As pps rises the conversion becomes more easily covered by LTNC whether with cash or stock, and it will attract suitors who want to take a sizable position and that will stop the converts. That is my bet.

And that requires time. Seems to me that if LTNC is a "whole doo doo pile" then the entire OTC is not worth being involved with considering how much more LTNC does right compared to the majority of other companies. History, however, demonstrates how very, very wrong that blanket negative conclusion is, which is based on little more than mere association. Savvy investors will make money one way or the other while keeping an open mind and close eye on this one. That's investing.
