Their net profit last year is only close to $2M with low gold price for most of last year, and only started their 3rd mill in last October and planned 4th mill early this year, which as Robert Talbot pointed out is very expensive to bring a mill into production. Not to mention NWGC owns most of the restricted shares of 2.3B of the O/S of 3.6B, which can't be sold unless all AGCZ share owners agree, so he says.....
