I think everybody is kind of right. I took it as your funds need to be settled by 3/18/2014. So for me my last day to get in on the divy was today since I operate out of a cash account which takes 3 days to settle. For others who may operate out of a margin account or IRA the funds only take one day to settle so there last day to purchase wouldn't necessarily be the same as mine. Many whales use margin and IRA accounts to day trade, so I'm anticipating big sales tommorow and Monday.

Just my interpretation of it all, could be wrong though.
