I don´t doubt, that some German investors have American brokerage accounts in order to trade US options or to short US stocks.
But if you agree to pay a minimum of 25-35 Euros per trade, depending on which broker, you can buy or sell OTC stocks through German brokers, but unfortunately not options. That´s why I´m going to open an American account in the future.

Not sure saying you're having a meeting with Google execs is an event requiring disclosure.

Saying you had a meeting with Google and they will pursue MVTG's technology for energy storage at a solar power plant is something entirely different.

Wonder what the next significant news release is going to do to the share price....
