I suggest the word "credible" is what the issue has been all along.....

Ptygold, being credible is certainly something that's missing with PTQ and many of the posters predicting what will happen next in this fiasco. I do give you credit for trying to share what you know and your efforts IMO appear to be genuine.

Having said that it would seem to me that securing $50 or $60 million from a deal would just be a temporary reprieve for these people. What do you know about a merger? I find it very hard to believe anyone would want to partner with this bunch based on their past record. How might that come about?
