Last I have seen it listed under BERLIN/5MV is in the 10/28/2013 marketwired PR. Thats all I know. I noticed it a while ago but forgot to ask the appropriate question thereafter, as you have. Sorry and thanks for asking.

MVTG is listed on the DAX. The problem with DAX is they will no longer fill buy orders for US OTC stocks (it is beneath them, LOL), One guy in Europe tried to place a market order for 500,000 shares and the DAX-MM refused to fill the order. And that is one reason why this new German group deal was made, they will get MVTG listed on the Frankfurt exchange (which they have done before, it is one of their services) where OTC stocks are not a problem. For now the European institutions and accredited investors (Mega-millionaires) will only be able to buy using their US or Canadian broker accounts (the people in the audience on the road shows have deep pockets and trade stocks world wide), to buy US OTC shares.
