Regardless of what you might here, there is no shorting of penny stocks. Not only is it illegal, it would be insanity for any brokerage house to do it. That being said, however, there is plenty of naked shorting that goes on in penny land. The SEC just does not seems to care. However, there is clearly none of that going on with UMNG or we would not see such a steady price.
