UMNG DTCC March 14, 2014 NSCC’s Rules & Procedures to discontinue its Stock Borrow Program.

There will be new short rules effective tomorrow.

Not sure if there are shorts on UMNG, but IF there are... they will need to cover no later than 3 days after their short sell according to the new rules.

With how thin UMNG gets, if we get a short covering, this baby will fly!

Look for all sorts of weird action tomorrow and next week with many tickers.
