as for Schadel's loan, let's agree that the question is why was it repaid, but please for your own benefit talk to people in finance about your concept that a bank would prefer to lend money to a company with convertible debt owed to third parties than to a company where debt at no interest is owed to the founder/ceo who controls the company.
