This company is not new, its been like this for a while. It'll still take time even after this probably as one article said the results of the clinical trails wouldn't be over until late 2014/early 2015.
People usually want a quick flip,the shs of Regen mean nothing..... yet.
This stock is a gem as well as another I know of where they have 65 million in revenue, not much profit, but its sitting at .0020 and like avg 10 day volume of less than a million. It happens, then everyone flocks. This is also coming from someone who has been looking at penny stocks for about a month, so take it with a grain of salt.
